We are happy to advise that the construction of Artisan is nearing completion.
The apartments should be completed in the next 3 weeks.
The developer has advised that they are hoping to obtain an occupation certificate from the council by the end of April and the Strata plan registered not long after.
By now you would have organised your finance or mortgage and if needed, we can allow valuers through the units. We have been advised that valuers can access the units on Monday 23rd & Tuesday 24th of April. Please ask your valuer or bank to call our office to arrange a time.
We have been told that the developers expect settlements to happen in May 2018. Once we have a settlement date booked in, we can organise your pre-settlement inspection.
