Scout, Woolloomooloo Update January 2018


We are pleased to provide you with an update of SCOUT, Woolloomooloo. The build is progressing well and you will have noticed the Gantry/Hoarding at the front of the building has been removed revealing our “Scout” Project which is looking great. At this stage Settlement of the units will most likely happen around the end of March to April. We highly advise that now would be a great time to start organising or confirming your finance. If you would like help with this, we can recommend some mortgage brokers for you. If your bank needs a valuer to go through the apartments, please advise them to call our office to make a time. We are very pleased with the exciting times ahead and feel you will be very pleased with the quality build and your Unit. We will be further in touch as soon as we have more information.
