The developer is very happy with the progress made by the builder, Rescom Projects, who are hopeful of completing the build by the end of January 2018.
The developer would like to advise that latest milestones:
Most of the apartments have now been constructed with the finishing trades currently hard at work
Windows are programmed to be installed within the first week of December 2017
The hoarding on Bourke Street has now been removed revealing our unique building behind
The builders will be working through the new year to finish the apartments and hopefully by the end of January 2018 we can have access for valuer’s.
We highly advise that now would be a great time to start organising your finance. If you would like help with this, we can recommend some mortgage brokers for you.
