We are happy to advise that the construction of Aster is well under way and a new builder, Ming Tian have been appointed. They are now moving along quickly with the external structure of the building. Due to unforeseen circumstances, the project has been delayed slightly and completion will likely be in March 2018, and settlement of the apartment soon after. We will update you again in 3 months time and keep you informed of the progress.
