As you may be aware, the development application for this project has taken a lot longer than expected. The developer has been in negotiations with the council to approve the application. After a lot of rejections, the developer has finally received approval through the Land & Environment Court. The developer is working through the process of separating the land titles with the land titles office via Pittwater Council. We have also been instructed that the last development application has been approved. Further, we are instructed that the construction certificate is currently being drawn to allow commencement of construction. It is expected that the separation of titles will be complete in 2 months time. Once this has been done, construction will commence 2 months after that time.
