The project manager has advised us that we expect construction to commence towards the end of 2016, the reasons for this are provided below. - All Development Approvals are currently being obtained over a few stages. - Have obtained approval for the subdivision of the land into separate discrete parcels. - Plans on lodging a Development Application for the improvements on the Torrens title lots. - The developer has lodged a Development Application for the improvements on the strata townhouse lots.This was refused and we have commenced court proceedings. Conference with Council will be held on 29 June. - We will shortly lodge a Development Application for the apartments. We will be in touch in 3 months’ time to keep you informed of the progress.
