Since the Development Approval in late 2015, Catylis Properties has been working with a team of consultants, City of Sydney Council and relevant Government bodies to obtain the Construction Certificate (CC). SCOUT is nearing completion of the CC. Site Sydney Pty Ltd (also known as Site Design & Construct), have been appointed as Head Contractor. Site Sydney has already taken over the site and begun preparing relevant applications to Council to prepare the site for demolition. There are only two residential units left for sale, apt 203 and G01. The Commercial strata unit on Bourke Street has received interest from a well-known local business that is looking to set up a new store in the area. The team is dedicated to finding the perfect business to fill the commercial space, to align with and compliment SCOUT. Catylis Properties will provide regular updated during the construction of SCOUT.
