We are writing to give you an update on the progress of Ashfield Central in Ashfield. Construction is going as planned and approximately one third of the apartments are substantially completed internally and ready for lockup.
Works are underway to install landscaping and decking on the communal rooftops. Works to improve the Liverpool Rd Pavement will commence in February also.
Marketing for the Retail Shops on Liverpool Rd will commence imminently and shopfronts will be installed in March.
At this stage, completion of the project is to be in May/June 2018.
