We are writing to advise that the builders are progressing very well and the apartments are nearly completed. The fitout is continuing with strong momentum with kitchen joinery completed and finishes trades such as stone, splashbacks, flooring and painting well underway as well as appliances and other fixtures being fitted off. The rendering and external painting are now largely complete and the scaffold is being removed. The crane and loading bays have been schedule to be removed. The front entry works have commenced such as block walls, planter boxes, hydrant boosters. Once the scaffold is removed we will complete the landscaping. The Final Strata Plan is being finalised now and will be lodged with the Titles Office shortly. Once the complex is complete, the council will provide an occupation certificate and this will be sent to your solicitor so that you can book in a settlement date. We are anticipating settlements to commence during April 2018. By now you should have started to organise your finance and be ready to settle on your property in April. We understand that the banks may want to conduct a valuation on the unit. This will be possible around the middle of March. We will advise of a date closer to the time when valuers can get access. You can also advise them to call our office and we will make a time as soon as practical.
