We are writing with good news that the apartments at Abode, Willoughby are nearing completion.
The builders have been making great progress and hope to have the apartments finished by the end of October.
There will still be some common area and other external works to complete which will be done in due course.
We have been advised that we will be looking to do pre-settlement inspections in Mid November. We will contact you in the next month to organise this once we know the apartments are ready to view.
Now would be a good time to organise your finance in preparation for settlement of your apartment. Robert from our office will contact you in the next week to see if you need any help with organising this.
