Scout, Woolloomooloo


On behalf of the developer, Catylis Properties is pleased to provide the buyers of Scout with an additional update on the development.

Head Contractor, Site Sydney, has successfully completed the demolition of 95-97a Bourke Street & 11a Harmer Street, Woolloomooloo. The piling has been installed and Site Sydney is currently preparing for the concrete pour.

there is only one residential unit left for sale; Apartment G01. Now that construction is well and truly underway, Catylis Properties will begin working closely with CPM to gather interest in the Commercial strata unit to lock in a great tenant.
